FUNDING & SUPPORT

Red Horse provides personal and professional development, mental health services, and community support. We facilitate collaborative learning experiences and incorporate nature, horses, dogs, art, and experiential learning in the process. We serve youth and adults, individuals and groups, in-person and virtually. Participants engage with us through individual sessions, educational workshops, team retreats, or custom-tailored programs.

SUPPORT FOR SERVICES

Red Horse Center’s variable pricing structure is presented as an effort towards judgment and stigma-free financial support for people to engage in services.  By offering tiered pricing, people have choice to select a price that works for them, no questions asked.   It is a form of a sliding scale, without any need for financial disclosure, or justification on the part of the client.  Some refer this method as “Green Bottle Pricing.”

For events, workshops and retreats – we most often present this in the form of three tiers as described below.

Draft Horse tickets contribute financially to our other ticket prices, and are created to improve equitable access to programs.

Quarterhorse tickets cover all base costs for facilitation and retreat expenses.

Appaloosa tickets are part of our effort to provide equitable access to programs. It is available for less than the cost of the program and made possible by the purchase of higher-priced tickets, and donations to Red Horse Center for Collaborative Leadership

Red Horse is currently working on increasing our fundraising to provide more no-cost support.  The majority of our no-cost offerings are provided through collaborating organizations like school districts and other programs.  If you would like to inquire about support beyond our three-tiered variable pricing, you can send us a note through the button below.

GRANTS

Red Horse is currently seeking grants for a variety of programs.  We focus on youth development, mental health, leadership development, animal welfare, professional development, and workplace culture.

If you are aware of opportunities we should be connected with, we would greatly appreciate a referral.
