The Red Horse Porch Party is an outdoor event with art, live music, horses, food, and drink. We have herd visits with our horses available in the early afternoon, along with collaborative art stations, spring weather, and fresh air. We’ll be serving food from Farmhouse Deli and beer and wine from local producers. We’ll have our Artful Auction where you can bid on local art, gift card bundles, and wonderful travel experiences. Live music from the Red Horse Ramblers, Great Lakes Brass, & the Max Lockwood Band. Herd visits and family hours begin at 2 pm. The live music kicks off at 5 pm

A highlight of our Porch Party, the 2024 Artful Auction is the biggest collection of art we’ve ever hosted! It’s fun to highlight the wonderful artists, experiences and businesses around us, and share their generosity!

Founded and led by Red Horse’s own, Fred Bueltmann – Great Lakes Brass draws from New Orleans traditions, where brass bands express the pulse of communities; celebrating life, mourning loss, and looking ahead. Reverence for history is intertwined with ongoing creative adaptation, and our pledge to play it forward.

RED HORSE RAMBLERS
A home grown debut, the Red Horse Ramblers are an eclectic mix of traditional and original music from Red Horsers close to our hearts, featuring Fred Story & Tanne
HERD VISITS
2 - 5 pm
Herd visits give you the opportunity to meet and spend time with our equine partners. You can make reservations for $10 per person on our ticket site. Individual tickets will join groups up to six. There are three “Group Tix” that can be purchased as a block.
FOOD & DRINK
Farmhouse Deli will be serving their delicious pork tacos, vegan tacos and street corn salad with rice and beans from 2 pm – 8 pm. Food is included in the general admission tickets.
Beer Wine and More
We are pouring beers from Waypost and Rusty Rocket Breweries. Wine from Fenn Valley Vineyard, Modales, and Wyncroft-Marland as well as Crane’s Cider.

The Porch Party is one of the fundraising initiatives that make up the Spring Forward Support Drive, which also highlights Mental Health Awareness Month. Funds raised from this event will support several Red Horse programs in many ways, including: H.E.Y. Horses Empowering Youth, Horses for Hospitality, & Herd Support.
We have event sponsorships, and auction sponsorships starting at $500, and category sponsorships at $1,000.
