About the Retreat
The in-person ARCH Training Retreat provides hands-on practice and application of the ARCH framework of facilitation learned in the online course, applied in an environment with horses.
This training retreat is for the following professionals:
- Equine professionals
- Coaches
- Educators
- Mental Health professionals
- Organizational Development professionals
Provided in a relaxing environment, the retreat is a hands-on time to connect with colleagues, learning with one another and developing ourselves professionally and personally. We look forward to spending this time together!
Agenda
Day 1 and 2, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, is spent practicing the SEEN Keystones, learned in the online ARCH Foundation Course, in an environment with horses. Be sure to take the ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones online course prior to attending, which is available in your ARCH membership platform on the website (available in English and Spanish).
Day 3, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm is a specialty day! This training retreat’s specialized focus is on the HERD Keystones – namely how we are focusing on the horses in our sessions and ways to work with them, consider their welfare and truly elevate them as the most amazing story-editors that they can be, changing the lives of our clients.
